WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM/ MAXIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
We do not have a minimum or maximum quantity; we fulfill orders based on our customers’ needs.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LEAD-TIME FOR AN ORDER?
The typical lead-time is between 3-4 working days, but if you need it sooner we may be able to provide cartons the following day after receipt of an order.
COVID UPDATE: Due to unprecedented packaging demands across the country, current lead times have been extended. Our Customer Service staff can provide an accurate delivery date once your order is confirmed.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A SAMPLE PRIOR TO MY ORDER?
Yes, that’s part of our approval process.
DO MY BOXES REQUIRE A CUTTING DIE OR PRINTING PLATES?
Based on the style of box you need, printing plates and/or cutting dies may or may NOT be required.
DO YOU CARRY STOCK BOXES?
No, we do not carry stock boxes, but we can produce the size and style box that you require.
